Add Proxy for Opal

Currently, Opal is designed to run within the bridgehead, so no proxy is required for communication with Opal. However, in scenarios where Opal is external, it may be necessary to configure a proxy specifically for Opal (currently, the proxy can only be configured for Blaze).
