Link to the website blog is missing from the News menu

On samvera.org, we need a "News" option under the dropdown menu for "News and Events" so users can get directly to all the blog posts.

Please add "News" as the first link under the "News and Events" menu option, which should be linked to https://samvera.org/news-and-events

Please remove "Samvera Connect 2023 conference" Link from the menu

Hi @jrgriffiniii would you have time for this bug soon? I think it is similar to this change, when Adam added the calendar link: 7c2f02d

We just need a way for users to reach the blog posts (https://samvera.org/news-and-events) from the top menu
