Reduce the items in the dropdown top-level menu items on Samvera.org, making the top-level navigation more accurate

There are case studies, tech stack info, Examples, etc all under "Repository Solutions". Repository solutions should include the following:

1. Overview: and where to go for x, y, z
2. External Links to the solution pages

We discussed this at the O & E call and thought about the Repository Solutions menu looking like this:

• Technology Overview
• Avalon Media System (link out)
• Hyku (link out)
• Hyrax (link out)
• Examples and Demos

We would:

• Change "technology stack" to "technology overview." Potentially the examples and demos could be linked under this page, but often a user is looking specifically for implementations and demos.
• Examples and Demos page could include the repository tour and case studies.
• move the links for "Samvera Community GitHub" and "Samvera Labs" under "The Community" menu
