Error (275)

Visio version is Microsoft Visio - en-us
16.0.14931.21024

I downloaded several of the VSSX files and placed them in "C:\Users\myusername\Documents\My Shapes" folder. They show in Visio under More Shapes> My Shapes, but selecting any of them gives the error below:

An error (275) occurred during the action Add To My Shapes.
Visio cannot open the file or a component in the file because it is corrupt.

Also tried More Shapes> Open Stencil and selecting one of the files and receive the same error. I have a stencil I created that works fine.

I recently updated them. Can you try it now? And which file are you trying to open?
