As a long read team lead (Danni) I would like to create a report (csv download) t to view retention instructions similar to the one for short read

Acceptance Criteria
The following outputs from the research are produced:

• Assess the current report used for short read
• The minimal amount of data and columns needed for the report to be valuable
• What data will we need to collate from other sources for the report to be usable
• The ability to limit the report by location
