As a long read team lead (Danni) I would like to evaluate how we ensure data is kept up to date in traction when retention instructions are changed in Sequencescape

Acceptance Criteria
The following outputs from the research are produced:

• How often does the data change?
• How would we update the data in traction?
• Can we flag this in Sequencescape when data is changed for particular tissue types?
