Y25-195 - [BUG] PacBio Run Plate Well disappears after replacing library

Describe the bug
The PacBio run plate well disappears after removing the library already added to the well and scanning a new one.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to UAT Traction.
2. Click the "X" button (left panel) to remove the library (TRAC-2-826) that is already scanned and added to well A1.
3. Scan another library barcode (e.g TRAC-2-843)
4. Well A1 disappears.

Expected behaviour

1. When removing an added library/pool and scanning a new one, all plate wells should remain visible
2. The system should allow adding a new library/pool, updating the well, and correctly reflecting the changes in the run.

Might be partially fixed by #2284.

We should prevent removing libraries/pools if they are currently in use. Maybe adding a warning message if a user tries to remove an in use one.
