As Tavis (long read) I would like to be able to edit samples as we sometimes enter incorrect cost codes and can't currently correct it which mean we have to raise a ticket.

Acceptance criteria

To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• I should be able to edit a sample for ONT
• When I am on the samples page I should see an edit option
• When I edit a sample I should be able to edit the cost code at a minimum
• When I update the sample it should be validated
• When I update the sample successfully it should be persisted
