Follow on story from #2318
Printing labels for PacBio Libraries or Pools or ONT Pools should result in the TRAC id appearing on the label lid. This can follow a similar approach to the story linked above. Since TRAC ids overflow the label lids we will need to cut off the prefix (TRAC-2) and include it on a separate line to the TRAC id itself. See image in additional context.

To be considered successful the solution must allow:
- Traction Ids appear on Tube lid labels for PacBio Libraries and Pools
- Traction Ids appear on Tube lid labels for ONT Pools
- Labels do not overflow and are clearly legible
