User story
As a long read team lead (Danni) I would like to change to the default option for the source drop-down within the reception tab.
Currently the default option is Sequencescape. This means that users are importing tubes which revert to machine barcodes as they are not selecting the tubes option. The data then needs to be deleted and reimported.

Acceptance criteria
Consider if these features can be featured flagged to decouple testing and deployment.
To be considered successful the solution must allow:
- Modify the Sequencescape option to Sequencescape Plates
- Add a default option of blank so that users are required to make a selection
