Describe the bug
This bug may exist in either the service (likely a validation problem) or the UI.

Users are unable to update a run if the plate's sequencing kit box barcode has been used twice (in the same run). There is some validation to prevent a barcode being used more than twice but this is incorrectly flagging some cases.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a 2 plate run and reuse the same sequencing kit box barcode for both plates
2. Go to the run and try and update one of the sequencing kit box barcodes to something else.
   2a. You can also not update anything in the run. If you go to the run and click update a validation error will occur without any changes.
3. Click update run. Get incorrect validation error.
   Expected behaviour
   On run update it updates successfully with the new sequencing kit box barcode.
