Home page hero actions link incorrect path when `base` path is set

Describe the bug

I have config with base set to /docs/. In the home page hero actions when I have some link (example: page-1), when I click on the button in the application I am being navigated to example.com/docs/docs/page-1

Reproduction

Create app with base param set and home page hero action with some page in the app

Expected behavior

The user is navigated to example.com/docs/page-1

Additional context

As a temporary workaround I am setting the link to one level up relative path

        - theme: brand
          text: Resolver
-          link: page-1
+          link: ../page-1
