Error when deleting NetApp Volume

Terraform Version Details

I'm using the internal docker image of viya4-iac-azure:v10.4.0.
So, I'm sure I'm using the correct version of Terraform.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a cluster with HA storage option to use NetApp.
• Destroy the cluster using viya4-iac-azure

Expected Behavior

All cluster resource should be removed successfully.

Actual Behavior

I keep getting this error while destroying the cluster :

│ Error: deleting NetApp Volume "jkaks4-55-netappvolume" (Resource Group "jkaks4-55-rg") is not allowed due to prevent_volume_destruction feature flag

Destory process is stopped and I cannot remove remaining resource using viya4-iac-azure. I manually remove the resources from Azure web portal.

I don't remember from when I got this problem but I have had this same problem with a couple of previous versions of viya4-iac-azure.

This is due to an underlying change to the way the azurerm library handles deleting the netapp volumes. See https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azurerm/latest/docs/resources/netapp_volume

The best approach I've had was to delete this outside of Terraform.
