Problems panel: Provide option to jump to related line in SAS log when clicking on issue

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When there is an issue in Problems tab, clicking on it will take a user to a location in a SAS program, where the issue happened.

When using macros/include/and some other cases, that does not help to understand the problem as it just point to a line and as a user I need to understand context of a problem from the log.

Describe the solution you'd like

When clicking on a problem I want to see a log with the current line set to the line where log issue appeared.
It can be an option, which controls it or an action -> Open Log location.

I could not find how to access a specific diagnostic message, as it looks like VSCode does not expose access to the context menu of a problem (quick actions cannot access a specific diagnostic, they access only all of them at once). So the solution which I came up with was to create a new window with logs and recreate diagnostics in it with the updated ranges, which will match location of the messages in the log.
