Describe the solution you'd like
Once there is a procedure available in SAS Viya that supports execution of the R language:
- add a new cell type in SAS notebooks for the R language. Provide functionaly similar to what is currently provided for Python cells in a SAS notebook
- provide support for syntax highlighting, formatting, ... when using the new procedure in SAS code
