Add versioned name translation file YYYYMMDD_NameTranslation.json to the output

Does pdb-data-cruncher output a versioned nametranslation.json file (named YYYYMMDD_NameTranslation.json where YYYYMMDD is an internal version ID) for the ValTrendsDB back-end that requires it? I did not see it in the code (I did not look all that well, though).

It seems I have missed the need for that file. I will add it in the next release.

Rought draft of the changes is in branch add-versioned-name-translations, commit with changes here.

Please review and test carefully before merging, it is just a draft and is partially untested. Especially check that the name translations file without timestamp does not get deleted in the process.
