BUG: Pop-up menu outside the window

It often happens to me that if an app displays a pop-up menu outside the app window, in Telegram for example, when you go to press an element of that pop-up menu, such as delete in the capture, it goes to the app behind it and you cannot click on the menu.

Usually such corner cases can only be solved on an app by app basis. I will see however if for Telegram this is indeed the case. It is going to take some time as I am quite busy these days.

I had a look and it would seem the Telegram app uses windows that do not support the accessibility API. This means AutoRaise can't easily determine the type of window underneath the mouse. And if Telegram shows a popup, AutoRaise won't see it at all. So it thinks the mouse is hovering the window below the popup and consequently switches focus to it. Unfortunately I don't think this can be solved easily.

Perhaps a solution would be to opt for what is proposed in #248 Do the same as in Windows 11, at least as a configuration option: mouse over --> no focus, click --> set focus and send click.
