Raises on mouse move, not mouse enter #262
Description
There seems to be a bug where the check being done is for the mouse moving within a window, not the mouse entering a window. This renders the "temporarily disable AutoRaise" key mostly useless, since I have to keep holding the key the entire time I'm moving the mouse within the window if I want it to work, not just when I enter the window.
