Digesting all html dependencies (e.g. <link rel="import" href="..">) #30

Hello!
I wonder if we have a plan to support html dependencies. This would be really great for whom that uses Playframework with PolymerJS.
The most tricky part here is that we need to resolve a dependency graph between files and digest from leaves.
A related issue from PolymerJS https://github.com/Polymer/polymer-cli/issues/283 -- even if that was solved, it wouldn't be compatible with Play.
