Make useScaffoldEventHistory aware of the contract deployment block by default

It is recommended to add the deployment block number as an argument to useScaffoldEventHistory, especially on public chains to make that process faster.

My suggestion is: Shouldn't this helper function by default be aware of the contacts deployment block? Quick research revealed:

• Add deploymentBlock to deployedContracts.ts
• Do this via generateTsAbi

Any objections or directions? Otherwise I'm happy to open up a pull request.

Ohh yes yes! Love the idea and also the blockNumber in deployedContracts.ts will be also helpful for other stuff like while configuring subgraph or ponder too, Thanks soo much for discussion and tackling it 🙌
