Save the deployment block number inside deployedContracts.ts so we can reference it when using useScaffoldEventHistory's fromBlock.

When deploying a contract using the SE-2 CLI, couldn't we save the deployment block number inside deployedContracts.ts?

That way, we could reference it when using useScaffoldEventHistory's fromBlock. It would be very convenient.
