Add a Contributors' Recognition Board/Table to Acknowledge Contributions

Description:
To foster appreciation and transparency within the project, I propose adding a Contributors' Recognition Board (or table) that lists each contributor along with their specific contributions. This will help:

• Recognize and credit contributors for their work (e.g., "Gul added the project logo," "Sameer implemented a special badge").
• Encourage more participation by highlighting community efforts.
• Provide an easy way for new contributors to see past work and areas needing improvement.

Proposed Implementation:

• A formatted table with columns for Contributor Name, Contribution, and optionally Date.

Next Steps:
I’m happy to draft an initial version if maintainers approve this idea. Suggestions on format/location are welcome!
