Bloop error compiling project #2679
Description
Not sure exactly what sequence of steps got to this, but I noticed in the Bloop error logs
error id: /VjZ4Mu8CLwcXXxrtcuo7w==
### Bloop error:
IO error while decoding <WORKSPACE>/<PathToASourceFile>.scala with UTF-8: <WORKSPACE>/<PathToASourceFile>.scala (No such file or directory)
Please try specifying another one using the -encoding option

IO error while decoding <WORKSPACE>/<PathToASourceFile>...
I only noticed this as a result of going digging for errors.
"Clean and restart server" from Metals ultimately solved the issue.
