Remove the need for emails etc? Maybe add multi-user accounts/logins instead? #131

Describe the feature you'd like to request

While I understand that emailing the user with download links when ready etc could be useful for many, it'd be great if there was an option to avoid this and just serve up the finished file when complete?

It would be great if we could have user accounts instead, so they can log-in and see the progress, download their files etc.

But in the meantime, an option to just require the user to keep the tab open so it can re-load when it's finished would fine.

I think removing the need to send things via email feels safer.

Just for some background, this is my use case:
I have a team in-house that would benefit from using the service to quickly create subtitles from videos that we create. They have a range of low-end windows laptops etc, so I plan to host it from a PC I have with a powerful GPU in it, to do the heavy lifting. This service is perfect in general, except for the requirement for emails.
