npm-publish-git-tag package has been deprecated as described here.

Advice from the package author is to update dependency to use @hutson/npm-deploy-git-tag.

There is a sub-dependency (trim-newlines) flagged by GitHub dependabot for as a High Severity for Regular Expression Denial of Service in trim-newlines
