ENH: add date of the data dump to the pages.

Currently it's difficult to see how recent the data being used in the plots, etc.

Also, consider using a window of e.g. 3 years or similar, instead of the hard-wired `2020-01-01 00:00:00` for the start date, so the plots are not zoomed out as time goes on.
