ERROR
User role IS ALWAYS "guest". Jakarta has wrong Context which doesn't have user roles.

In Java check classes:
AuthorisationServiceBean
ProteinRestWebService

In ISPYB.properties check: ISPyB.authorisation.active=true OR false
