504 Gateway time-out when a tenant tries to upload a work

The https://grace.hykucommons.org/concern/images/new?locale=en tenant is getting a 504 Gateway time-out error when they try to upload a work.

The admin there says the last thing they recall doing before the issue showed up was reallocate some works from one admin set to another.

Acceptance Criteria

• As an admin user, I can upload a work, it saves, and I can view it without an error

User has reported that the issue is intermittent, though it is frequent, and has occurred for me every time I've tried to upload a work. A single success should not be taken as the issue being resolved.

@ndroark thanks for the info, I've noticed the same. Additionally, I noticed the page loaded successfully much more frequently during off hours (> 4pm PT). My current theory is it's related to site traffic and am investigating bot traffic this morning
