Support for iOS 16?

Apologies in advance if this is not technically possible. I'm not a Metal expert so I don't know where support lines are drawn.

With that said, is it possible to drop the minimum iOS version in Package.swift to iOS 16?

I don't have an iOS 16 device available to test with, but if others are able to try it out and determine it works, I'd be happy to accept an MR to change the version.
