jobForm component of customer-service theme needs UI improvement.

Describe the bug/issue

• Input fields of the jobForm component are not aligned in the same pattern.
• Content is not showing properly.
• Border-radius is not showing in the form.
• Overall UI improvement is required.
• Also, there is a typo mistake in "JobFrom", it should be "JobForm".
