Fix CI tests and SVG import/export

In order to get the first iteration of the text tool out, I had to make some changes to the way SVGs are imported/exported with respect to text. That build was failing for a reason I coudn't reproduce locally, so I had to disable those tests to get it building. @fsih we should revisit the changes I made, get those tests running again.
