Vector Graphics render poorly and is blurry.

Expected Behavior

Vector Graphics should render cleaning at all scaling levels.

Actual Behavior

The vector graphic renders very blurry at all scale.

Steps to Reproduce

Create original vector graphics inside the costume editor

I think this issue was fixed or a new issue needs to be re-opened with a project illustrating the remaining issues.
