Sync help job fails with an uninformative error message when a language unsupported by Freshdesk is added to the Scratch help project in Transifex

We should add a catch to this request https://github.com/LLK/scratch-l10n/blob/master/scripts/freshdesk-api.js#L75-L83 which suggests that a language was enabled for the project in Transifex that Freshdesk doesn't support. In https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/LLK/scratch-l10n/1673/workflows/fad2b78a-af96-4314-a2f7-4dc21d197f11/jobs/2086 this started failing because hy was enabled. It had started getting the error before, but the Node Docker image was updated causing the error to make the job fail.
