Placeholder Translation in Index.html

Hi,

what do you think of it, when the Placeholder Strings are also will be translated.

For example in the textarea "custom_words"
...
placeholder="Comma, separated, word, list, here"

Sure, I personally didn't care much, as I mainly use english anyway.

Anything is not translated, is just not translated, because I didn't consider it, not because it should not be translated. Feel free to add any missing translations.
