Document how to import Delicious.com bookmark files larger than 1MB

I am interested in evaluating scuttle, but by Delicious.com bookmarks file is 2.5MB. Currently Scuttle says it has a 1MB limit, and offers no recourse for larger files.

It would be useful to have some documentation about why there is a 1MB limit, and how to change it.

Related, the "MAX_FILE_SIZE" hidden field appears to not be useful. There's more discussion about that here:
