How does an end-point decide if a newly address (via ASCONF) is using UDP encapsulation?
Codewise: Which argument for the remote encapsulation port should be used in sctp_add_remote_addr() when called in sctp_process_asconf_add_ip()? Currently it is just stcb->asoc.port.
