Raise any exception/failure happens during the test, fail the test and report it in the email and Argus

If any exception/failure happens during the test, it is hidden now and test receive "Succeeded" status (in Argus as well)
We should raise it, fail the test and report it in the email and Argus.

Example of failure that I faced out for now:
cargo command fails to run
