Incorporate mbox-parsing results

Description

We still need to incorporate the mbox-parsing results.

Raphael had already started to implement this here: https://github.com/hechtlC/codeface-extraction-r/commits/mbox-parsing, see commits 77c330a and 69eebe1. Those commits can be used as a first starting point, but we need to additionally handle the different mbox-parsing output files:

• proximity/mboxparsing.list
• proximity/mboxparsing_filepath.list
• proximity/mboxparsing_file.list
• proximity/mboxparsing_file_filepath.list
• feature/mboxparsing.list
• feature/mboxparsing_filepath.list

I just opened this issue to not forget to fix this and incorporate this at some point.
