Describe the bug
When saving a visit the input end time changes to the entered time plus the time difference. So if 13:00 is entered, when saving, it will change to 18:30 whereas start time remains as it was when entered

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a visit
2. set the timezone
3. enter start and end time
4. save visit

Expected behavior
Start time and end time should be consistent and either both be in the user's timezone or be in the visit's selected timezone.
