I installed this theme but 3rd level menu items not showing.

Trouble making the parent element in the dropdown menu clickable. Where are you storing the wp-bootstrap-navwalker.php file? http://stackoverflow.com/questions/25692514/bootstrap-how-do-i-make-dropdown-navigation-parent-links-an-active-link trying that solution but can't find the file.

The error is happening in the display_element() function in functions.php
