Units not transferred from templates to sample types

When creating a Sample Type from a Experiment Sample Template, units are not created in the sample type.
Also, if a user is not permitted to edit the unit in of a sample attribute in the sample type, the drop-down should be 'locked'.
The backend validation prohibits the user from changing it anyways.
