Media Managment

While requesting is awsome. How amaizing would it be to be able to set up media managment rules.

Eg

• If a person x requests it be able to set it that uppon watching the media gets deleted
• If media exists in lib y delete after x days

Idk. Might be usefull. Not sure how hard to implement.

I would love to see some form of full lifecycle management. I had a different approach that I opened a discussion for here: #2324

I don't think I would like it to be fully automatic. For now I am telling people to use the "Report" functionality to signal that they are done with some content. But that leaves a lot to be desired.
