Multiple requests for the same movie

Is there anyway to stop a duplicate requests for a movie? I'm sick of approving the same movie after I've already approved it previously

You can't request something that's already been requested. I'm not sure to understand your issue.

I am using the api with Jellyfin-auto-collections

This app looks at popular movies that are out and ties into my jellyseer. It does annoyingly make requests that I have already approved and have to approve it again so it goes away in jellyseer

Then it's an issue from this plugin and not Jellyseerr?

Well, maybe that is a question to the app to have it query the api for the movie first. But, I thought @0xSysR3ll said it's not possible to request something that is already requested. So, I was thinking this was an expected builtin function of seer. Are you we saying that multiple requests can be made with seer through the API then?
