I accidentally approved a batch of requests in Jellyseerr before a default Radarr/Sonarr server was configured. After setting the default server later, those requests remain approved in Jellyseerr, but never get sent/created in Radarr/Sonarr.
The only thing I was able to do was delete all requests and re-request each item, which doesn't scale well.
Alternatively, if a user only has one radarr and sonarr instance each, we could treat it as a default server (as a fallback)
