EEPROM VFS Driver using FFAT #9
Description
Implement the EEPROM VFS Driver using FFAT.
I previously intended to use SPIFFS, but it turns out it is incomplete and has several issues. The ESP32 also has support for a FAT filesystem baked in, so we should use that.
