• create a linkml model for the config file

The api_key was already removed from the codebase, but the corresponding entry remained in the config file. Additionally, the config directory duplicated the same configuration files as those in the example directory, so it has now been removed for consistency and cleanup.

@djarecka when you say validating the config file do you mean validating linkml version of config file or? Also, I am not sure if we would want to create a linkml model for the config file? At least I do not see the need, perhaps you've the different though. Could you explain why?
