Debug "have-screenshot=false" #291
Description
Sometimes there are sites (when opened in own browser are perfectly accessible), marked with "have-screenshot=false" and no screenshots being made.

I'm running the --debug-log flag in hopes to get more information, but unfortunately, I can't unravel why no screenshots are being made. How do I debug this?
