Remove hardcoded workdir #44
Description
The CLI is more robust now and inherits parameters from the compute environment, pipeline settings etc. We can now remove some of the variables and simplify the inputs to make it just use references (i.e. compute env name, pipeline name) which will make the runs more portable.
