How to do automated releases

I last released this in 2019 so I definitely don't remember what process I followed then

And that will have been the last time I interacted with nuget too 🙈 happy to take guidance on how this should happen...

I agree that a label on a PR triggering an automated nuget release is probably safest / most sensible

I wasn't suggesting something with labels on PRs. Instead, I propose a more low-key approach:

• Introduce a new GH Action that triggers when a tag is created.
• Build a new package using the tag's version.
• Kickstart this by creating a GitHub release.
• In the GitHub release, we can generate the release notes.

This approach would require adding a NuGet key to the project secrets. Do you still have access to generate those?

I'd be happy to prepare something if that sounds reasonable. Let me know your thoughts!
