Overview

This bundle supports the broad adoption of GitHub Copilot for Business within your organization. You will be assigned a GitHub Copilot expert to help design a comprehensive rollout and deployment plan, and who will provide guidance, advice and best practices during your deployment. We will also support the rollout with a variety of enablement, training and workshop sessions, in addition to supporting critical pilot teams onboarding to GitHub Copilot.

Target Audience

Customers who have recently purchased a large number of GitHub Copilot licenses, or have struggled with the deployment of GitHub Copilot, or have stalled in adoption of GitHub Copilot.

Engagement schedule

This bundle comes in three different sizes of engagement (Small, Medium, Large), depending on the scale and complexity of your deployment environment. We provide the following guideline table based on license count, however, a larger or smaller bundle than indicated may be suitable depending on your exact circumstances.

Small

• Length of Engagement: 3 month
• Advisory Hours: 152 Hours

Medium

• Length of Engagement: 6 month
• Advisory Hours: 400 Hours

Large

• Length of Engagement: 12 month
• Advisory Hours: 600 Hours

• Typical License count: 1000+ licenses

Prerequisites

Before starting the engagement the following prerequisites will need to be satisfied:
